MIDNXGHT - Closer

Fast rising Irish techno producer and Mála Ádh label head Céilí joins the Higher Power label with a scorching split EP alongside West Yorkshire's hottest meme lord, Asquith.

Three tracks a piece, a proper whopping 6 pack for the weekend, absolute club bothering blazers from start to finish.

Céilí takes us through synth-laden trance-tinged techno (Back Once Again), stomping and churning industrial tekkers (the hotly-tipped Petrol Or Diesel) and a naughty proto-gabber stomper (On The Mend).

Asquith meanwhile is up to some new tricks taking us through F-Zero speeds with a half time crystal riff (Tasty Cheetah), deep progressive percussive chess rollers (Check Mate) and tooly trappy trippy techno workouts (Forget The Past).
