Pride Saraceni is known for his monstrous grooves, so this EP is definitely aptly titled, with the homonymous track boasting a hypnotic bassline running under the shuffling rhythm section, and persistent noise loops adding the momentum. A haunting vocal adds a touch of class and anticipation, while filtered chords are employed for that extra Techno edge. 
 On &#8220;Domino Effects&#8221; things take a dubbier turn, with spacious fx setting the cavernous tone, reinforced greatly by the pitched-down, spoken word vocal. Familiar sonar stabs keep the train rolling, and the snappy drums balance out the thick, tense atmosphere.

With succesful EPs on big labels like Tronic, Sci+Tec, Alleanza or his own imprint Transmit Recordings Bossand. He also released a great track called &#8216;Don&#8217;t You Know&#8217; on the last Kitties Wanna Dance Compilation, Boris comes up with an amazing groove-based power-techno EP prepared for people to sweat on the dancefloor. You better choose your favourite one&#8230; Because we can&#8217;t!

The third track titled "Rusk" is tough from the outset with solid percussion forming the tracks back bone, whilst light congas and a textured background loop create a sense of natural movement. Focused round a synthesised organ part that's soaked in reverb, the track is simple yet effective, with crossover appeal for people playing both Tech House and Deep Techno.

Nick Curly makes a welcome return to the Truesoul fold with a strong two-tracker brimming with old skool spirit.

The Mannheim native has built a career on creating timeless club-ready records; taking inspiration from two decades of electronic music, while still being resolutely focused on bringing something fresh to the dancefloor. Over the years he’s contributed three quality EPs to the Truesoul catalogue, highlighted by the deep grooving ‘Go’ – a standout track from 2016.

His return to the imprint with ‘Ezeiza’ sees him mining influences from yesteryear to create two classy cuts that fit into techno and house sets alike. Curly said he wanted to get back to the groove and spirit that was often felt in older tracks, taking inspiration from his early releases on Cocoon and Sci+Tec. Achieving his aim, ‘Who Made Who’ is driven by analogue rhythms, old skool vox drops and a vintage melody line that runs throughout that glistens with old skool vigour. The title track accompanies it, a deeper head down affair that pairs a sleek synth line with crisp drum work to craft a lush end-of-night tool.

We have been doing our regular 'Rockets' compilations with only exclusive tracks for 7 editions now. Instead of only releasing these VA's we have decided to take it one step further and start regular remix editions as well. Not only is this a way to showcase the best performing tracks on these albums, but it also gives a chance for the artists on these 'Rockets' VA's to support and remix each other!
