"Mysterious project recorded in Berlin in 2018, a shadowy collective brings a collection of cold synths, ominous tones and analog drum machines.
Various Positions exist as the collective vision by five anonymous artists.
On ‘Irrational Flashbacks’, Various Positions have created a unique atmosphere likened to the the reverberation of a gunshot ricocheting through city streets though while still maintaining the impact of a hollow point bullet absorbed into the chest; a resounding testament to the artists’ ethos towards the obliteration of identity and their self imposed state of obscurity."

Mumbled echoes from the mist, through the tunnels of revival. The graininess interplay with a subdued mellifluence. A haze of longing sighs and reverberations - threshold between the lane, where distant voices yield to light.   

Night Foundation, the electronic solo project of visual/sound artist Richard Vergez and the founder of the label - Noir Age, explores existential soundscapes, utilizing analogue hardware including vintage synthesizers, found percussion, tape effects, and manipulated wind instruments. 'Change Your Mind' holds the resilience and heralds the breath of new horizon.

WL//WH is pleased to premiere the unsettling and rackety surreal sonic excursion, titled "Linfidele", by the Swedish, relocated to Turin, in the North West of Italy, via Bordeaux, enigmatic leftfield electronic musician-producer Johan Gustafsson (of synth-punk act Black Bug), AKA Svezia Inferno, taken from the forthcoming Cassette/CD 2-track EP via his own label La Società del Malessere.

One of the two uncanny cuts, "L'infidele", co-written with Dr Joseph Mbenga, through the use of urban environmental found sounds, somehow echoes the eerie atmosphere of sacred and profane that can be felt in the spirited area surrounding Turin's Porta Palazzo, between its sprawling effervescent multicultural market and the surrounding ancient devotional sites.
A long 13-minute hauntingly immersive sonic journey that converges on the unsettling presence of a doomsday preacher whose amplified foreboding sermons resonate on the backdrop of a mercurial array of off-kilter synth samples, ritual and ancestral shifting percussion patterns, manipulated feedback, metallic clanks, noisy drone textures, and mesmerizing exotic instrumental inflexions, to create a sentient claustrophobic vibe of discomfort and tension before expanding into a skewed and chaotic release.
