Born in Greece, Thessaloniki in 1984, Stylianos Marios Tousios aka Mass Stellar had his first contact with music from the 90s when his father brought at home a brand new technics MK2 turntable and many vinyl records from Barry White, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston and many more. When he was 12 he started learning how to play the piano, the trumpet, and the accordion. During all these years he was becoming a teenager he was listening to the radio and started managing his cassette, CD, and vinyl collection. In his 15 Mass started djing in several bars and clubs all over the town of Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki like Decadence, Elvis, Mamabloom, Boutique, Red Rose, and others. He started composing at the age of 18 after winning a local DJ competition and got inspired by many global DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Deep Dish, Andy & Antonio. Mass Stellar uses progressive melodies upon groovy rhythms and basslines with organic instruments in a melodic house environment when he performs. He released his first EP Oxygen on February 2024 by Cafe De Anatolia Lab.

The fourth edition of SHDW’s flagship ‘Federation Of Rytm’ VA series has been carefully curated by the DJ/ producer and head honcho over more than a year, with close attention to detail given to sequencing. It is a balance of label regulars and debutants that represents the past, present, and future, both sonically and through the generational diversity of the artists involved. There are plenty of surprises along the way while always remaining true to the Mutual Rytm ethos and reflecting the journey of the night from start to finish, whether that's in intimate, sweaty clubs or on big festival stages.

I started mixing during the pandemic in June 21 and now I play for many radio stations, including Radio Kosmos Berlin, Techneck Techno & Tech House, Profound Radio UK and 365 FM Radio. Guest mix on NDC Radio UK. I love house music in all its genres and of course techno. I express my love of music in my sets, which are always very impulsive and full of energy.
