I have so much gratitude for the beautiful humans who danced with me on Sunday. IFKYK what went down ;)

In this journey we throw back to some classics, building up the energy while I play some sneaky mash ups including Spongebob & WAP (Yeah I did). Plus, my meditation at the end will ground you back into your body. 

You better have your dancing shoes on & be ready to sing your heart out. This is a journey you don't want to miss out on...
