Baron's Thoughts Pts. 1 & 2 (from Life Is Meaningless | Clouds Are Beautiful)

Michael Hedges with David Crosby and Graham Nash singing Neil Young's "Helpless" and "Ohio" at Oberlin College, OH. Year is unknown. Michael Hedges was a longtime fan of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young and would cover their songs in his early career playing for movie goers in their queue at the New Varsity Theater in Palo Alto. 
Years later, fate found Michael at a gas station where David Crosby happened to be. Recognizing David, Michael introduced himself and asked Crosby if he wanted to hear a few songs. Blown away by Michael's sound, Crosby and Graham would occasionally collaborate with Michael including singing backup vocals on Michael's musical rendition of the E.E. Cummings poem "I Carry Your Heart" on his 1990 album, Taproot. 
After the 9/11 attacks, Crosby, Stills and Nash played a cover of My Country Tis of Thee on national TV using a musical track recorded by MIchael.
