Vasilis Kesalidis (aka Spinnet) and Ioannis Konstantios have been writing and releasing music together as One Arc Degree since 2011.

From the passionate lands of France, Arnaud Galoppe, known as Focal and Kinosura, has hand-mixed an emotional labyrinth of dark techno and melancholy ambience in Ultimae’s latest compilation.
Polarity is a double-sided conglomerate of electronic expressions from all over the world, spanning across atmospheric soundworlds of intimate drone and deep, industrial progressions. 
This collection of heartwarming soundscapes and foot-stomping house beats is smoother than butter, a series of 26 top-notch tracks that paint an interesting, auditory adventure. Although the album has a minimalistic approach, it offers a surprisingly detailed production. Each track is layered with expert craftsmanship and hypnotic melodies laced against diverse, psychedelic noise echoing in the distance.
Polarity is certainly an experience worth traversing, and we are proud to host it as an excellent addition to any electronica connoisseur's sound-library.

This months feature mix comes from Paul Abad. A DJ/Promoter from Queensland thats been involved in the Australian electronic scene for more than a decade.
This mix is exclusive to AU Underground and is a recording of Paul's closing set on the Sun Stage at Eclipse 2012 in Far North QLD in November. 

When I caught up with Paul this week this is what he had to say about his closing set being his personal 2012 epilogue :

"Eclipse 2012 Festival was an amazing gathering and global collaboration, and this set is a really special one for me, full of emotion considering I worked all year in the organising team to help make it happen, and so it was a big release right at the end of festival.

The chance to close the Sun Stage was truly an honour and a special moment, and so I put together a set of some new music that's really doing it for me right now plus some of my favourite tried and tested tunes. Looking back, I think this was my favourite set of all time and the ideal environment to play the kind of big techno i really like.

This is a studio version of the set I played, the recording didn't work but I think this mix captures the vibe of the set and follows the exact same track listing.

Thank you to everyone who made the Eclipse 2012 Festival what it was, and to the Sun Stage Crew and Ishtar Crew."

Sandro and Sebastian, hustlin' since back in 1993 when they decided to join forces in order to fight off these bad guys at the school yard.
Nowadays this ancient agreement is much more of a brotherly friendship and the mutual taste in deep melodic techno vibes, forming into the Munich-based DJ- and producer-Duo of "Adelante". With releases on labels such as Mono.Noise and Alpha Black, Adelante seeks to create their own musical interpretation of the long path they have accomplished together. Being co-founder of and resident at the infamous unmuted event series at Harry Klein adds another very nice chapter to a book which is far away from being completed.
