I wrote this song this March when covid just started to hit Boston really badly. I think I've never been good at planning my life to go a certain way and then watch it take a completely different turn that is out of my control. This season is teaching me a lot about how to be okay when things are not happening the way that you dreamed, and it is also teaching me to use this time to grow in good and healthy ways. I hope that this song can encourage you in some small way today, I know for me that I really miss being productive and also being able to see my fiancé (we are separated in different countries right now because of the travel ban).
