This is my first track ever created. I made this about a month after experiencing Ayahuasca for the first time. The experience was profound and awakened me to living my authentic life. This track tells the story of opening my heart, breathing freely again, and setting out on an adventure. About two weeks after creating this track, I booked a ticket to New York and went to visit my father to reconnect after a lifetime of confusion and misunderstanding. Although this track was created prior to my trip to New York, it tells the story of my trip, through audio. Enjoy!

Ayawakened

This track was created in two parts. The initial part, which is the beginning portion leading up to the music was made by myself alone as I envisioned telling a story of a man inspired to go out into space in search for love, but in order to do so, he must first break up with his girlfriend, which was inspired by a girl I had a crush on at the time. The second portion, which is the musical aspect of the track, was made in collaboration with the wonderful producer Danny Pravder, at his Homegrown recording studio. Enjoy!

Gates of Eternity is about finding oneself. A love song for the soul that can be reflected upon by everyone who listens to it, as if the song is sung specifically for the listener. Enjoy

Gates Of Eternity

Our level of self worth controls our life experience. Raise your level of self worth by following the steps below;

1. Listen to this audio and recite back to your self after hearing each phrase every morning upon wake up while looking at yourself in the eyes through a mirror. In the bathroom after brushing your teeth works great, or anywhere in solitude where you feel comfortable.

2. Continue doing this for a minimum of 90 days. You will experience becoming aware to certain negative self-talk/narrative begin to play out in the mind during earlier stages of raising your self worth. This is a sign that your self worth is raising and the current internal programming is being overwritten. Keep going no matter what you hear.

3. Journal throughout this process. It is especially helpful to journal about the areas of self worth you are focused on raising (finances, personal relationships, business, work, community, charity..etc). The internal negative self talk is a great source of knowing where your self worth is being raised and what to journal about. For example, if you are speaking the phrase “I believe I am a beautiful example of success.”, meanwhile hear the internal narrative say something along the lines of “no you’re not.. this is stupid…etc.” that’s a great indication to journal about your personal view on what success means for you.

4. It helps to have a buddy system for accountability. When we raise our level of self worth, we will experience reaching something called our current “limit”, which when we experience raising that limit, we often experience sabotage behaviors that try to keep us in our current level of self worth. It is important to identify your self sabotaging patterns and behaviors so you can be present and catch your self when they are about to happen. A buddy system for accountability is great for this. If/when you self-sabotage, be kind to your self, and keep doing the audio.

-if for any reason you stop doing the audio/skip any days, you must restart your day count from zero.
