I was in the UK last year after a massive summer of touring, caught the train down to Brighton with some friends, and ended up in an incredible studio overlooking the beach. I was missing home a bit, but feeling really inspired and wanted to write a feel-good record, reminding myself of the importance of saving time for the ones I care and love. Whilst (In the studio) overlooking the same site Fatboy Slim hosted his ‘Big Beach Boutique’, I was thinking about the UK’s dance music history, it inspired me, and decided to lean into the idea of writing something that sounds sampled, but isn't. I often like to write records completely on my own, but it feels so perfect to have written this one alongside some good pals — Clementine Douglas, Caitlin Stubbs & Toby Scott.

' As a long time avid listener of melodic progressive house, one of the details that makes this genre stand out from the rest is the quality of the music and its ability to express feelings and bring people together without the need of lyrics or sung vocals. It's amazing what sheer talent and passion can bring out of a laptop and a producing program. One such example is that of Adrian & Radek, a Polish duo better known on the scene as North Sunset, who've been amongst my favourites from early on. I'm thrilled to be able to present their last ever track together, a work inspired by five years of making music , five years of sentiments put on music, five years of sunsets.
