We love an artist who is open about their musical journey. Many producers want to rip up all the "old" and create a new alias for their "new" sound as soon as they feel a slight change in direction. For us, this smacks of perfectionism and promotes unhealthy behaviour among artists. Skygroover unashamedly began life making EDM but discovered the joys of deep, musical, techy rhythms while living and making music in Brazil. The results of his newfound love were immediately apparent. We were lucky to hear "High" released earlier this year and loved its loopy heat and jazz chords. His follow-up, "Jazz Rhythm", is an equally sumptuous groove filled with clever Rhodes chords and wicked guitar licks. Add a superb sax breakdown, and you will have a future deep house classic right here. Dive in!

Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore, aka The Deepshakerz, blend all shades of house music into their productions. The Italian pair have won fans, including Groove Armada and Loco Dice, remixed everyone from Kerri Chandler to Marshall Jefferson, and toured the world while releasing on labels like Moon Harbour, Cajual, and MadTech. For this one they work with fellow countryman Fex (IT), a drummer turned producer on labels like Snatch!, for the anthemic ‘Deep Ocean’ single on Adesso Music.

The sun-kissed 'Deep Ocean' is an emotionally rich house track with impassioned vocals delivered in spectacular fashion nestled over thumping drums and synths that ride up and down the scale. It's the sort of big-room bothering track that will have dance floors under its spell in no time.

Following his 2024 smash collab with Adesso Music label head Junior Jack on ‘Ritual’, which landed in the MTV Dance Top 20 playlist, Gavril returns to the label with his latest single, ‘Take Me High’.

The Milan-born artist is a budding DJ and producer who has landed on top labels such as EGO Music, Zehn Records, and Black Lizard, showcasing a rich sound that marries brooding melodic undertones with new-school tech house
rhythms.

‘Take Me High’ is a feel-good club weapon with taut bass reverberating under razor-sharp drum funk. It’s a sun-kissed, clipped groove that will undoubtedly get the floor moving while smart filters and pitched-up vocal samples inject bursts of euphoria and warmth.

Adesso Music lines up a super-group collaboration for its next release, ‘I Can No Longer Hide’, bringing together the talents of Thomas Schwartz, Fausto Fanizza, Serra 9, and vocalist Jova Radevska on October 24.

A slow-burning, melodic journey, ‘I Can No Longer Hide’ glows with ethereal pads, candle-lit percussion, and dreamlike melodies that lead up to the stars. It’s a blissed-out sound that sees the trio of producers expertly layer Madeconia-born singer-songwriter Jova Radevska’s original vocals amongst a web of intricate beats and synths to make for a stunning track that feels equally suited for sunrise sets or intimate listening sessions.

Long-time collaborators Schwartz and Fanizza – best known as the acclaimed duo Starchaser – bring decades of experience between them and a back catalogue spanning Ministry of Sound, Anjunabeats, and Ego.

Joining them is Pietro Serra, aka Serra 9, who has carved out a name for himself in the melodic house scene with standout releases on Nora En Pure’s Purified Records and Tiësto’s Black Hole Recordings, and garnered more than two million streams.

With a career spanning over three decades, Francesco Capodaglio has earned his place as one of Italy’s most dynamic electronic acts. A DJ, producer, radio pioneer, and cultural curator, he’s known for fusing sound with experience. His music has found a home on labels from Klaphouse Records to Sound Division, and found favour with the likes of CID, DJs from Mars, and Sugarstarr. Now, Capodaglio makes his debut on Junior Jack’s Adesso Musi label with the hypnotic new single, ‘Afrika’.

The spellbinding ‘Afrika’ opens with warm, rolling afro rhythms, detailed with soft shakers and organic drums. Mellifluous synth motifs ripple through the mix while jungle vocal coos and booming low-end raise the tension to make for an epic dancefloor escape.

Italian mainstay Nicolo Simonelli debuts on Junior Jack’s ever-growing Adesso Music on November 7 with ‘Sukano’ – a rich and emotive Afro house journey that reflects his evolving sonic palette.

Across a storied 15+ year career, Simonelli has explored all corners of house and techno, weaving in elements of melodic, indie, and tech sounds. His catalog includes releases on some of the scene’s most vital labels, such as Carl Cox’s Intec Digital, Nicole Moudaber’s MOOD, Oliver Huntemann’s Senso Sounds, and Kevin Saunderson’s KMS Records. In 2020, he teamed up with close friend and frequent collaborator OniWax to launch the Reenboog imprint – a creative outlet pushing deeper into the realms of Afro house and organic rhythms, as showcased here on his Adesso Music debut.

‘Sukano’ sees Simonelli further refining that direction. Glowing piano chords and pulsating bass flicker like fading embers amongst rolling organic percussion, while smoky, emotive vocals evoke a sense of late-night introspection and raw vulnerability. Hailing from Duisburg, Germany, emerging DJ and producer Jubaa makes a striking entrance onto the scene with his production debut ‘Higher’ – arriving this November via Junior Jack’s Adesso Music.

Jubaa’s sound is defined by its emotional depth, rhythmic tension, and melodic intensity – a signature that shines through on ‘Higher’. The six-minute cut is a masterclass in synth-driven production, featuring dreamy melodic layers, a pop-infused vocal, and gooey basslines that build toward massive, mainstage-ready drops. Poised for underground basements and festival stages alike, ‘Higher’ marks the beginning of an exciting journey for Jubaa – a name to keep an eye on in the coming months.
