This special Easter song release, ‘Conquered The Cross’, by Anthony Hainsley, has an all year round message which captures both the realisation and appreciation of the sacrifice made by Jesus on Calvery. 

Anthony says, “the song was written from an honest and humble viewpoint of the fact that Jesus took our place and rescued us, even though we are unworthy and undeserving, that's love!”. 

There’s no doubt that the song lyrics reveal an almighty saviour who defeated the power of death on a cross to rescue mankind from sin, even when we do not deserve it! 

Anthony recalls a sense of overwhelming peace and the presence of God at the time of recording in the studio that impacted those in the room. “ It is my hope, prayer and desire that all who hear and listen to this song are touched and blessed by the unchanging love of God”.
