For GLBDOM Classic’s second release, we welcome a French DJ and producer based in Berlin, DJ MERCI. A vinyl purist with a jazz piano background is intent on transporting you back to the roots, to the early days of house music with an amazing three original track EP titled "Nice’N’Ruff" full of deep vibes and classic synths. This EP also includes a raw and groovy remix by New York-born producer and Cahoots Records co-founder, Jon Billick.

Westcoast Goddess makes their YD debut with a blissed-out house music treatment, featuring a collection of nostalgia laden vocal cuts to kick off the new year. ’Four Acapellas’ is the first YUNG DUMB Records release of 2021, and Westcoast Goddess maintains status as an elusive master of the keys and synths. Rosebud Recordings is a home-grown label whose roots stem from deep within the foundations of London. Not constrained by genre, instead digging deeper to explore the many manifestations of soul.  Cultivating a fresh take on the old-school where notions of tradition are re-imagined, re-explored and re-defined.  

For part two of the release it’s a family affair with friends and collaborators Kylin Tyce and Peaky Beats stepping up for remix duties. Kylin Tyce offers up a bouncy ukg version of ‘A Bloke Named Smokey,’ this vocal driven roller is guaranteed to make you crave the rave. On the flip Peaky Beats delivers a dubbed out breaks remix of Mr Showbiz, simultaneously heavenly but still coming, in hot, hard and heavy.
