"Layers Of House: Layer 2"

Got together with my buddy David Paul to put on a concept called Layers Of House. In this concept, we explore playing different genres of House Music as each "Layer" every hour. This is Layer 2, and my first set of the night. It features slightly deeper stuff like Progressive House, Indie Dance, and some other Melodic stuff.

Not even gonna lie, I had pretty high hopes for what we would both bring to the table, and both of us delivered. This set in particular turned out a lot better than I thought it would, and its a great way to warm up to the main events of a Friday Night. Go on this journey with me through Layer 2, and let me know if you were as captivated by it as I was.

"The Liberation Luau."

Recorded Live @ BTR Headquarters, Marina Del Rey, CA. 01/14/24.

Mixing things up this week and posting the set I did for a Luau-themed party. I'll be honest with you, this shit is nowhere near Luau vibes, so be prepared. Everybody in the house was in a Noisy Tech House mood, so that's what I delivered. Went all across the bag for this one, and I'm quite happy with it. Have a listen.

Its all fun and games until you decide to drink too much and then step on the decks...then it becomes hilarious.

My first ever attempt at a DJ Set....that I blacked out for. So much love for Jerry, Jun, Donnie, Oey, and all of the others for putting everything together. Thanks for dealing with my childish ass.
