In the beginning, jack had a groove. And thanks to heavyweight house heroes like Harry Romero, that groove is now back. “My love of house came from the culture,” explains Jersey’s finest from his studio headquarters in The Butchashop. Harry, in case you missed the musical memo, is a humble house music legend with classic club cuts like ‘Tania’, ‘Night @ The Black’ and ‘I Go Back’ with Robert Owens under his belt, but really that’s just the tip of the iceberg as his current catalogue will attest.

So what’s his ethos now? Simple! To wave his own flag. “I know what I’m capable of in the studio and behind the decks. Well this was a very special one so i wanted to share it with everyone. It was an honour to headline the first edition of the Camp2ourselves project, an incredible group of humans nestled away for the weekend in the north Hollywood hills for one weekend in October.

These are my favourite kind of parties where its super intimate and it just feels like a house party so you can get stuck in and go on a bit of a journey with the music, this set was the last date on a tour across the usa and a nice chance to play some of the wonderful records that i found along the way.
