At the time that I was dealing with a break-up, I lost myself. Everyday I looked for a buzz because I didn't want to be sober. I contemplated suicide and running away and leaving behind everything I knew to start over. It was the thoughts of my dad and those I cared about that convinced me to stay. I feel that we all, at some point in our lives, go through something similar. I really hope this helps and reaches the right person. Never be skeptical about seeking help. There are people who care about you and want you to come home.
