I recently came across a number of "abandoned" recordings on my old macbook. These are tracks or sketches dating back to various periods (from around 2018 to 2020) and they all have piano as their main audio source.
The original recordings (some previously dubbed on tape) were then heavily processed in Ableton Live and recently reworked to make them (more or less) consistent with each other.

The result is in some way a collection of raw sounding sketches which, however, well represent my interest at that time in creating an opus starting only from piano sounds and loops. Only a few processed field recordings have been added (however recorded by acting on the body of the piano) and just a touch of Minibrute on track 2 and Volca FM on track 3.

Mainly I make my music with various trackers like SunVox and most preferably with Renoise. It all started with the awesome TFMX (known by Chris Hülsbeck and his brilliant titletracks from Turrican) on the Amiga. Then over Protracker, OctaMED, Symphony, Camouflage, mline to the great DigiboosterPro2. After switching to Linux I stayed with protrekkr for a long time until I discovered SunVox. With Renoise I went back to the good old tracker roots. I use various free Syntheziser Vst's, samples and the ingenious Airwindows plugins. Besides i have here some analog instruments to record , like guitar, a lyre harp, didgeridoo, percussions etc as well as 3 old hardware synths gathering dust here, the Quasimidi 309, the Redsound Darkstar and the MC-303, with which i played some live music in the past, but built only a few real songs with it. (like e.g. nazca on https://soundcloud.com/defraq79 where I have a few of my old songs) I am happy about comments and likes, as well as criticism and suggestions. Have fun listening...
