Heard back at Together As One 99/00, Barry Weaver/Lenny V (Lenny Vega) sets.

Have not come up with an ID for this track in 12 years.  I know it's a sampling of Tad Robinson's "Party Children" track from early 90's, but otherwise cannot find the name of this anywhere.
