The 108's

The 108's are a series of mantras for meditation, prayer, and listening. In Yogic tradition the repetition of a mantra 108 time is considered sacred. Each mantra is used for a specific purpose and serves to unlock the wisdom and grace within each of us.

Ganesh.
In this first 108 we pray to the energy of Ganesh. He is considered both the remover of obstacles and the force which places those challenges we require in our path so that we may rise within ourselves. When listening to this mantra breath deeply, quiet your mind, and perhaps hold within your mind's eye a challenge or new direction you are facing. Remain open to possibility and trust in the light within you to guide the way.

It is time..
Times to turn towards the ache in your chest
Time to turn towards that which you have denied
Those wounded places have been pushed down for so long.
What does she need to feel safe to feel?
What do you need?

Be gentle…
Talk to those places that you left long ago.
Let the voice of truth be the guide

Give you full presence..

Transforming the Wounds of Love Ceremony

In the dark depths of emotion, loss, grief, panic... heart breaking... breaking open... to the deeper mission of Knowing Self.

This was a late-night sound meditation, the medicine that my heart needed to express, the energy that needed to move through.

I am letting go of all need for "perfection", so the rawness of my Soul may be what it is. This track was done in two sittings, one after the other: first the base layer of channeled song prayer, and second voice, in support of the first, without any practice whatsoever, just Presence, so please forgive the "imperfections" as the vulnerability of my voice/soul speaks....
