Here's my humble entry for Karybdis Mix Competition(sponsored by DC)

Really enjoyed mixing this song, excellent production, great raw sounds/tone, and especially the included subs and the strings part at the end(very dense mix), so listen to the whole song,  there are lots of interesting part especially the epic outro :)

On drums, I kept everything natural(untriggered), except for the kick which is blended.
I really liked the Darkglass B7K bass track included. 
Guitars are reamped with Jet City. 
Vocals are indeed to tricky to mix, and lots of creativity can be done.

Drums, Strings and Vocals produced recorded by Nolly Getgood(Periphery) and Jon at Moles Studio.
Guitars were produced by Karybdis, tracked and recorded by Harsha Dasari.
Mixed and mastered by yours truly. :)

PS:  for the members of Karybdis, I want a DC shoes badly, :( hahaha just kidding.

I have no time to replace the strings and it's 7 months old, :p so please have a consideration.

Mikasa - Veil of Maya (Guitar Cover)

Here's a very repetitive clip of the Bare Knuckle Emerald bridge pickup I now have installed in my Dæmoness Cimmerian 7-string. I absolutely love this pickup! Tight like a ceramic pickup, but much smoother in the extreme highs, super clear, and sounds huge!
This is only double-tracked by the way. The equipment is the usual Axe-FX/Toontrack/Trilian.

Really enjoying the set of Bare Knuckle Apaches installed in my Strat at the moment. Amazingly rich classic strat tone. This is just some random noodlage, excuse the playing

Stratty Heaven

This track is literally raw, which means no processing yet is made in each track. Just a very rough mix, panned the two guitars left and right, and slight pan adjustment for toms and cymbals. Used the included amped guitars for quick mix.

Really excited to hear my own mixing and mastering of this song. :)

pretty sloppy but you get the point. if you make a mistake, these pickups will show it. also my cable was nibbled on by my cat, causing the hum/noise/ground
