Hi all, 

I will be doing a small number of All Night Long sets , starting on the 21st of September in London. 

The focus will be MUSIC. All kinds, and a lot of it. 

To give you a taste of what it will sound like, I'm preparing a series of mixes. 
Here's the first one, the Funk & Boogie edition. More likely to be what you'll hear if you walk into the room early, which I really think you should do.

Geschmeidig wie ein Raubkatze im Dschungel bahne ich mir den Weg durch die schlafende Stadt. Die Stille wird abrupt unterbrochen durch ein dumpfes Hämmern aus einem dunklen Fabrikgebäude. Wie der Gesang der Sirenen zieht mich das rhythmische Trommeln in seinen Bann. Als ich in die große Halle trete und mich das Wummern aus dem Boxen trifft, habe ich das nächtliche Leben der Betonwüste gefunden. Hier werde ich eins mit der Stimme der Stadt und verschwinden für Stunden vielleicht sogar Tage im Großstadtdschungel!
An solchen Orten fühlt sich auch unser heutiger Gastmusiker Raphael Hofman am liebsten. Der Produzent aus Berlin nimmt euch heute mit in seinen urbanen Kosmos und serviert knackige Beats und rundet seine deep story mit einem Schuss Acid ab.

Lunar Plane was founded by identical twin brothers, Emre & Mert Altinok. 
They discovered their passion for producing music while developing an electronic music streaming platform in 2014. 
Born in Istanbul, the brothers were on the national swimming team and attended Yale University where they studied biomedical engineering and economics.
After signing a downtempo EP with Solomun’s label 2DIY4, Lunar Plane became the focus of the Altinok brothers.

07:30 Uhr. Voller Vorfreude stehe ich vor vollgepackten Umzugskarton und warte bis die Möbelpacker eintreffen. In Gedanken versunken gehe ich nochmal alles durch: Habe ich an alles gedacht? Sind die Kartons ausreichend beschriftet? Wird alles gut gehen? Die Wände um mich rum sind Raufaser weiß gestrichen und es duftet nach Zitrone. Wer auch immer die Idee hatte eine Zitrone an den noch verbliebenen Lampenschirm zu hängen – es erfüllt seinen Zweck, denn es eliminierte den muffigen Geruch, der seit kurzem in dieser Wohnung herrschte.  An den Wänden hingen einst Bilder, welche mich an meine vergangenen Ereignisse erinnerten. Nervös blicke ich auf meine Uhr. 07:40 Uhr. Immer noch keiner da. Was mache ich bloß, wenn keiner kommt? Zugegeben kannte ich die Antwort schon. Ich würde mich einfach in den nächsten Bus setzen. Links und rechts eine blaue IKEA Tüte und der Rest wird schon werden, sagte ich mir. Schließlich sind die blauen großen Tüten von IKEA eine echte Wunderwaffe: Es passt einfach alles rein und die Tragegriffe liegen gut in der Hand. 07:45. Es klingelt an der Tür. Das müssen Sie sein, murmele ich und öffne rasch die Haustür. Vor der Tür steht niemand. Hektisch bediene ich den elektronischen Türöffner, um die Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss zu öffnen, doch niemand tritt ein. Ich eile zum Badezimmer Fenster und schaue hinaus. Der Hof ist menschenleer und es fängt an zu regnen. Ratlos schließe ich das Badezimmerfenster und mein Blick schweift durch den Raum zum Toilettendeckel. Gerade diesen hatte ich noch nicht vor allzu langer Zeit erneuern müssen, da er auseinandergebrochen war aber dazu mehr ein andermal. 07:50 Uhr. Der Regen wird stärker und prasselt taktvoll gegen die Fensterscheibe. Dies erinnert mich an einen bekannten Track, eine housige Nummer aus 2000ern. Schnell gehe ich in Gedanken meine Plattensammlung durch und überlege auf welcher Platte, ich diesen Track schon mal gehört hatte. 07:58 Uhr. Es klingelt an der Tür. Völlig aus den Gedanken gerissen eile ich zur Tür. Es sind die Möbelpacker! Überraschend pünktlich. Nun geht es also los, doch das Raten nach dem mir bekannten Track sollte mich fortan den ganzen Tag über begleiten…

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass uns heute Kellerkind aus der fernen Schweiz – musikalisch - einen Besuch abstattet. Erst vor kurzem veröffentlichte er sein neustes Album auf dem Berliner Label „Stil vor Talent“. Lassen wir uns nun also mithilfe seines melodisch-verträumten Sound aus dem Alltag entführen…

Adrian Eftimie,was born on the 17th of May 1978 in Bucharest.

His love for music started early in his life! He was 14 years old when he felt the calling to music! From that moment on, mixing became his passion!

In 1992, with support from his best friend, a dream come true: the first radio show broadcasted by a pirate radio station – “illegal” (due to the restraint rules back in the days).

Just two years after he becomes Dj/Producer at Uniplus Radio,the first Independent Radio Station in Romania. 
Enthusiastic, passionate and with a huge potential he is soon invinted to perform as a resident in Le Baron Disco Club (Bucharest). Due to great success he decided to focus more on DJ’ing being more and more attracted to it. The next step is residency in Space Club, a well known and famous club back then.

At the age of 19, he already runs his own radio show in the top two radio stations with national coverage, Radio21 and Kiss FM. This was just another springboard to notoriety! 
His talent gets recognition when he was designated the best DJ among many other youngsters performing as residents in Kristal Glam Club (a place to be seen in Bucharest ). 
But Adrian needs challenge, so why not try to expand and use his talent over the producer’s area? In 2006, under the Sony Music guidance the hit “No Side Effect” was launched! A track that easily took an honorable place in top ten charts. Many Romanian and international producers appreciated it, also remixed the track. 
Other hits like “Desire” , “City Lights” and “Black Sea Coast” followed soon after. “Elevation” is his winning masterpiece at Heineken Music Thirst contest…and this way the borders opened: Ministry of Sound (London), Turnmills (London), Le Souk (New York), Buddha Bar (Sharm El Sheikh) – just to name a few.

In 2007, Adrian joined the One FM team. You can “warm up” for the weekend by listening his radio show, every Thursday starting 22:00.

Two years in a row (2006 and 2007) Adrian won the second place for The Best Romanian Dj at <a href="http://Nigths.ro">Nigths.ro</a> Awards.

Climbing to the top continued in 2009, when he’s nominated again in the same category! Getting the award for The Best Romanian Dj was just icing on the cake!
