Description: Recording of the set I played at the Sunset Vibes Silent Disco in Hermosa Beach on Cinco de Mayo. The stage I played on was off awkwardly in a corner away from the rest of the stages and main dance floor, but the crew showed up and we plundered some serious treasure together.

This is my recording from the Firespace friday to saturday night.
Thanks to all the fire spinning creatures juggling to my set, always nice to play along for you. Crowd and stage was as always big and beautiful. See you soon also on the dancefloor!

Fatoumata Diawara sings mostly in Bambara, a language spoken in Mali. 
"Nterini" translates to "my love/confidant" and depict a man traveling alone, presumably migrating, as his family back home anxiously go about their lives. It shows a snippet of an immigrant's journey without a sense of resolution.

This edit was meant to be spreading the love of her music and the message behind it. The intention was to translate the original version to slower, electronic driven dancefloors and hearts. Enjoy.
