So this is our first step into live Dj, Sax, and Percussion. It is something I have thought about for a while, but have only found the opportunity to do more recently. Whilst in London I went to a load of Tribal House nights, the better being Smarty Party. They would have live percussionists and it added an edge that made it feel more organic and performed. So we came up with this. Enjoy!

To give you an idea of the huge amount of percussion played by Ben on this track, here’s a list of instruments, can you hear them all:-

Congas, Bongos, Mini Timbales, Timbales, Crashes, Splashes, Chinas, Shekere, Caxixi, shakers, tambourines, wood blocks, maracas, cowbells, triangles, guiro, claves, chimes, djembe, darbuka, cabasa, agogo bells, tamborim.

All parts recorded remotely with social distancing observed!

After dancing almost every weekend in Turnmills whilst studying music in london, Adrian Kindred took up DJing and on returning to Wales immediately got involved with the mountain rave scene. Resident for Sub Kutz hosting parties all over North Wales with residencies at The Workhouse & The Buttermarket, as well as teaching GCSE performance in DJing. From Tribal to Tech-House, Electro to Dubstep, expect and energetic set full of fun, filthy, and bouncy beats:)
