I wrote this one around this time a year ago but was too busy to release and then forgot about it! The meaning still applies today will all my passions interecting, sometimes working together, other times creating a feeling of division. Between having different groups of friends, projects, work in a specific field, it's easy to feel scattered and pulled in every directions. Even technology is changing our way of doing things which can add to the challenges. That feeling of being pushed, or pulled is a daily struggle. 

I remember sitting in front of the computer the day that I wrote this track, I was perpetually overwhelmed, but also had exciting opportunities. Starting a new full-time job in Graphic Design with the gov, trying to line-up an opportunity to visit a music producer in the states for a new collab etc.. I was staring at the blank canvas in my DAW thinking hmmm, what should I write about? What STYLE of music? And even just that, all the choices and decisions in that moment were too much. But I stumbled on the main sample you hear in the background of the track, and I felt something. So I explored it and started singing from the heart, keeping the first takes.
