We want to start with some proper heat for the summer by bringing something fresh for one of the biggest tracks from Peppermint Jam, Mousse T´s „Horny“ !
Now in it´s 27th year, we have had some great remixes done over the years from this stone cold classic like the amazing Radio Slave & Thomas Gandey mix or the gopsel-tastic Scott Diaz mix.
Man of the moment, Riva Starr, is the first artist that we have let loose on remixing this gem. He is a solid figure in today´s dance music with his funky yet chunky vibes. Being a regular for Defected and Glitterbox shows, having a great feel for club tunes with a broader appeal like his amazing track with Fatboy Slim „Eat Sleep Rave Repeat“ and having been selected by Defected for the prestigious House Masters series and destroying places world wide with his current smash with Diplo & Kareen Lomax we are just honored that Riva Starr took on the task to refine Horny. 
Staying true to the original Riva Starr gave the track want it needed, more beef and a dope arrangement with just enough vocal to sing along and the track to do its damage.

David Macias aka Cratebug is the latest addition to the Classic Music Company family. Luke Solomon, Derrick Carter and Honey Dijon have been championing Cratebug edits for a few years now, whilst among the DJ edits world he has become a bit of an enigma, his most notable edit being one with Jamie 3:26 entitled ‘Hit It n Quit It’. Looking for a perfect opportunity to feature Cratebug on the label, Classic jumped at the chance when David sent Luke ‘Melondrop’. The track carries all the flavour of one of Cratebugs’ classic edits but with some added madness to boot. Re-edited by Luke Solomon himself, this is set to be added to the list of Classic pumpers for life.
