Following up the debut release on The Moment, ‘All The Love’ gets the remix treatment from Belgian talent, Samm. Originally produced by Everything Is Art with label heads WhoMadeWho, this cut has been melting hearts worldwide as a key feature in WhoMadeWho sets in recent times. It was the perfect cut to launch The Moment, embodying a sound that epitomises the ethos around the brand. 

Now we have Samm’s remix. Samm has been making a name for himself with a steady flow of releases that straddle the lines between indie dance, afro house and more. As co-owner of Magnifik Records (with Ajna) he has established a successful label, sound and event series in his native Belgium. Gigs across Europe include shows at Tomorrowland and Pacha Ibiza, while his production credentials include debut EP Does It Matter.

With his reinterpretation of ‘All The Love’ Samm alchemises a dreamlike atmosphere with funky drum arrangement, stirring strings that add a subtle layer of emotional tension and high impact synth stabs. The juxtaposition of rough and smooth creates a captivating feeling throughout, with the vocals taking on a haunting character. The wistful breakdown precedes a powerful entry into the second half of the track, which maintains its mesmerising balance between darkness and light.

The GRAMMY-nominated Nic Fanciulli unites with vocalist and songwriter Marc E. Bassy for ‘Hold On’ on Defected. Since previous label hits ‘I Want You’ with Butch and ‘Vente’ with Callussa, Nic Fanciulli has continued to nurture his Saved imprint, releasing ‘Set Me Free’ with Robert Courtois, a future club classic and five-week Beatport No.1 still receiving consistent club play nearly a year later. Continuing to build his relationship with Defected, 2025 will see Fanciulli play the label’s Pacha Ibiza residency and both flagship festivals in Croatia and Malta.
