This is the first of a two part episode about kick ass Latina ladies, highlighting the strength of Mexican women throughout history. In this episode, we discuss ancient Maya warriors, medieval nuns fighting for women's education, and Mexican Revolutionary Soldaderas.  Excuse the sound quality, I had to rough it and record it in less than desirable places (price of travel!).

This is the second part of a two part episode highlighting strong kick ass women of Mexico. This episode contains badass Zapatista fighters and women standing up against sexual abuse, disproving women can´t be strong and violent. Here is their story.
