All the proceeds for the compilation will be donated to Bridges over Borders. A community-based collective aiming to support BIPoC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalised individuals fleeing the war in Ukraine.

Mood Waves co-founders respectively affiliates Shaque and Tjizza team up again under their Hypnofriends for a massive take called Frobiq, which is out on Barcelona-based label Cupula and the labels' second outing, a V/A with five cuts from local as well as internationally renowned artists. The A1 from Hypnofriends basically does what the artist moniker suggest it comes in with spineless in trance setting chords, which are the perfect match or playground for the minimalistic seeming bass- and Acid-line, which is partly enriched with robotic and sophisticated vocals. Everything put together forms a unit so delightful and abstract it's basically meant to be played out on the floors.
