Malene Rydahl est autrice, executive coach et vient de publier « je te réponds, moi non plus » aux éditions Flammarions. Il est difficile d’ignorer qu’avec la multiplications des réseaux sociaux et des messageries liées, nous avons une charge mentale augmentée qui nous entraine parfois à la non réponse, au « ghosting ». On a tous plus ou moins pratiqué ou subit ce phénomène qui est particulièrement pénible.
Avec Malène nous revenons sur les dynamiques d’échange sur les reseaux sociaux et comme elle a fait une étude internationale pour écrire son livre, nous regardons également les différences de dynamiques relationnelles en fonction des différents pays. 
Nous revenons aussi sur  notre volonté d’être aimé et donc parfois de faire des semi réponse pour ne pas blesser
Un épisode ancré dans notre quotidien qui me fait dire que pour les messages aussi parfois le « slow » est une bonne manière de gérer car personne n’aime être ghosté ou les réponses qui n’en s’en pas.
