Degen:
Degen is a berlin based Dj and 1/4 of the Scheißmukke collective. His record collection shows his love to the beauty and rawness of the oldschool and consists of everything between stomping techno and trippy trance. Through his unique track selection of freaky sounds you pay close attention on the dancefloor. All with the goal of creating an energetic story that makes your hips move.

Yoko is a graphic designer based in Aachen specialized in abstract design.
Finished with her studies she's currently working as a freelance designer.
Within the last few months she started to combine her abstract mood inspired designs with 3d modelling.

@epikurmusic wrapped up our last summer party at the forest with a set that filled the air with euphoric vibes, that got us going till noon. The memory of that morning remains untouched.

The Hamburg-based duo of Eddie Ness & Cryptofauna have such a versatile style, yet with a specific touch fused with hallucinogenic ravey tones.

With a similar approach and within the scope, they curated a new mix for our podcast series that is certainly brining nostalgia.

Mama Snake is the reptilian alias of Sara Svanholm, a Copenhagen-based DJ/Producer whose slithering beats are every bit as cunning as the name suggests. She’s an integral part of her city’s scene and a card-carrying member of collaborative ‘mixed media channel’ Amniote Editions alongside names like Celestial Trax, Hadone and D.Dan. Her full-blooded sound leaves no room for misinterpretation, it is thrilling, primal and overwhelming in the vein of the most compelling main stage techno. There’s a raw practicality to the music too, perhaps a function of her second career as a medical surgeon; Mama Snake wants to create a communal feeling through her work, and there’s the human touch. These rumbling rhythms might sound formidable, but they’re there to bring people together and get both bodies and progressive ideas moving. Bassiani Podcast 163 is pure, unadulterated, percussive power, 80 minutes of coiling loops and white-hot basslines from the Denmark-based techno matriarch.

Hanna Baertig has been busy djing and hosting underground parties since she was 16 and still living in the east-german countryside. Since 2018, she has been a resident DJ, host, label owner & booker at the berlin-based label and crew "Aller Ende Anfang" where she turned her passion into profession. She is also part of the berlin-based psytrance party series "Trips". Expect sets playing with various rhythms and melodies, contrasts between breaks, hard house and atmospheric moods which still keep up euphoric and uplifting energy and pursue a well-thought dramaturgy.

Next up in our series is Rachel Noon, a NYC-bred spirit, based in Berlin. She still attributes her most important career strides to Brooklyn’s underground queer scene - being a long-term resident at Unter after-hours and through her own event series Large Marge, founded back in 2017. In 2022 also joined the Copenhagen-based collective Fast Forward.

Rachel provides a proper banging techno,which she describes as "a mix that is equal parts psychedelic, groovy, tribal, and surprising. This mix includes a selection of tracks that have really smashed the dance floor during some recents sets - including the Bassiani closing and also 
my debut set in the UK at FOLD. "
