Tribal Drums
Music is a form of communication and it plays a big role in our African culture. Music is often used in different forms such as to ward off evil spirits, to pay respects to our gods, our ancestors and different religious gatherings. Although the musical styles and instruments vary from region to region, there are some common forms of musical expression. The most significant instrument in African music is the African drum. It expresses the mood of the people and evokes emotion. The beat of the African drum is the 'heartbeat of the community' and its rhythm is what holds the dancers together. Tribal Drums is a song that represent all the above mentioned.

Mzuzi Park is a recreational park in Thindigua,Kenya. This is where the first 30 seconds of the track were made during the initial covid lockdown. It was a very trying time for everyone but the park gave us a place to go and feel almost normal again. We decided to pay tribute to the establishment.
