Fourteen organizations including Providence Health System, Henry Ford Health System, Northwell, and others, have formed Truveta. The platform will de-identify the data and use AI to mine datasets providing new insights into the unique needs of their patient populations.

Using Data to Address Health Inequities

Today’s podcast features how Esperanza Health Centers - a federally qualified health center in Chicago – has worked to keep their community healthy throughout the pandemic. It is moderated by AHA’s Julia Resnick, senior program manager for strategic initiatives. She is joined by Esperanza’s CEO, Dan Fulweiler and Ofelia Figueroa, their lead contract tracer. They will be discussing how Esperanza has engaged their primarily Latino community to increase vaccine confidence and access.
