These days is a song where Adversity perfectly embodies his slogan "Thru Adversity We Rise". This song was created in the perspective of being frustrated and unable to do anything about what it is that you're frustrated about at the time. Instead of allowing those frustrations to deter you from working toward your goals, you do the opposite. Here, Adversity allows himself to reflect on things that have bothered him in the past in order to address those feelings and move past them. The mindset is to focus on the long-term goals both when things are going well & when they aren't.
