This fantasy piece was finished on 14th of June, 2015. It is the longest piece I have composed up to this point, and also, it is the piece whose composing took me the most of all, having started to compose this in January 2015.

After you will listen, you will probably wonder about the title, so, to avoid you being confused, I'll try to explain it a little bit. Solitude, despite having a somewhat sad and generally bad connotation, is, for some people, a good thing; being alone, just by yourself. Best example is, introverted people. Also, "Constantly being 'on' doesn't give your brain a chance to rest and replenish itself. Being by yourself with no distractions gives you the chance to clear your mind, focus, and think more clearly." And that could say it all about the main reason I chose "Solitude" as title for the piece.

Veiled Truth (3/3)

Back in September, 2015, I attended a documentary movie workshop, and I wanted to compose my own music for my movie. Initially, it was only 2 min long, but the coordinator of the workshop told me to expand it to around 5, so that it would be the same length as the movie. What resulted was a little repetitive piano piece that served its purpose as far as the movie was concerned. 
In short, it was about how a girl came to wear glasses, starting from the very first sight problems all the way to accepting the fact that she had to. The movie was shot blurry intentionally, getting blurrier and blurrier as it progressed, but towards the end, as she talked about how she came to accept she has to wear glasses, the image became focused.

However, the piece was not good enough to stand on its own, from my point of view, so in the past week I added some strings to it, which I hope will spice it up a little, taking away from the repetitiveness. Let me know what you think of it!

Whirlwind - Original Piano Solo

I recently heard of Composer Cloud, and that it was 50% off on the first subscription, so I subscribed for a month on a whim, really; and  got EWQL SO Gold Edition.
Here's a really short thing I did with it. It's basically rough material, I did nothing else than put some notes in there and export. All I can say for now is that, the library is a beast...aside from this little project, I actually tried to revamp an older orchestral piece of mine, and it barely loaded the woodwinds, a few brass and a bass drum(each instrument on different channels), while the rest(brass, strings, etc) failed to load, and that is on a 16 Gigs of RAM.  
I'm off continuing playing with it.
