It contains quite a few own productions an some edits.
Uploading it now, since i would love to have all of this project in one place.

Life has been buissy and i had no inspiration or energy to do anything related with music. Been working on some Stepper DUB/Bassmusic again tho.

First time recording a full synth line live from the modular
First time using only analog RYTM drums
First time useing CC with my Manis iteritas. 

How do we make a modular sound like this? quite simply use CC (continous controll is part of the midi protocol) controlls on your midi/cv interface to CV the hell out of a manis and play a typical deroit techno riff. It does sound like there is an additional percussion and a top synth involved, but it isn`t, that`s just the manis iteritas doing 3 synths in one. The kick is very simply the rytm with the internal reverb and additional transient.

this is basically analog techno, if you discount the digital OS and effects the Rytm uses and if you dicount that the Manis is a digital module.

So i decided to do some more acid sounding stuff as the second tune of what will become an EP called Strøm. 
The synth was all recorded and performed live. Several takes infact, then cut and the best segments choosen. Additional production happened on DAW, the drums are from my Rytm.
all in all i think this is alittle much but i like it, it`s quite noisy. A bit like  magnetic interference, therefore the title.

So i`ve been experimenting with mixing genres and their sounddesign basics, aspecially Grime/140 stuff with Techno. Turns ou if you slap a Hardtechno kick on it, it sounds a lot like some of my favorite Slam, Mord and Perc trax records. Some Tripletts here and there and i fucking love it. 
2021 is going to an adventure in sound for me.
