Mit „Syncopation“ erscheint auf Valhall Records (Katalog VRE005) eine Single von Steve Sai, die auf beeindruckende Weise seine charakteristische Klangästhetik aus tiefem, dunklem Techno mit druckvollen Basslines und wuchtigen Synths präsentiert.
Steve Sai, ursprünglich aus Athen stammend und mittlerweile in Berlin beheimatet, ist ein Urgestein der Techno-Szene mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Seit seinem Einstieg in die Clubkultur Mitte der 1990er Jahre spielte er weltweit auf renommierten Floors und an Festivals. Parallel zu seinen DJ-Sets begann er 2007 mit der Musikproduktion und entwickelte einen Sound, der geprägt ist von dreckigen Basslines, fetten Synths sowie einer hypnotisch dunklen Tiefe.
Syncopation: Ein hypnotischer, detailreich produzierter Techno-Track mit treibendem Groove und subtilen Spannungsbögen. Minimalistisch, aber kraftvoll.
Null Angst: Düsterer Techno mit treibendem Bass, kantigen Percussions und hypnotischer Atmosphäre.
