Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've had a fresh upload.

A lot of Omaha locals that attended my old band's shows may actually recognize this song. Vince and I have resurrected it because it was too good to go without being recorded properly.

Anyways, as it says in the title, this is for a compilation album called "You're Not Alone." The album will be on iTunes/Spotify sometime next week, and the proceeds will go toward helping a patient suffering from Advanced Multiple Sclerosis. I'll leave the details at that until the actual compilation is online.

I chose to re-record and submit this song because, at its core, it's about moving on from a major conflict/obstacle in one's life. While the conflict is contextually framed as a relationship, I felt the overall message of "moving forward with resolve" was clear. Thus making it the most appropriate song for the album.

While that disease may prove to be a massive obstacle in her life, I want the patient to know that no matter how bad things get, with a little determination (and the support of friends & family) she can always move forward.
