A very very late Tune-Up Thursdays submission. I completely forgot that it was Thursday yesterday, and hadn't pre-uploaded my track onto Soundcloud. I didn't remember until I was already at work and there was nothing I could do!

This week's track is something I recorded around this time last year. I was auditioning for Chemainus Theatre's production of "Twist and Shout" and they needed a Beatles song recorded for my video submission.

Seeing as I grew up a big Beatles fan, thanks to my dad, I had a lot of repertoire available to me.

One of my favourite songs had always been "I Wanna Hold Your Hand", and I felt that the song would really show my bubbly personality in the video! And as an added bonus, to show off my upper range, I recorded a harmony line as well, and edited the video to be side by side.

So here is my cover of the Beatles' "I Wanna Hold Your Hand", featuring Aerhyn on harmonies.
