They dive deep into diverse electronic realms and no genres are off limits as we see traces of techno, electro, breaks and more. Today we premiere this hypnotic track which ends the EP, "Pintas".

Moving to England for its second release, Rant & Rave Records presents a proper EP from South Wales-based producer JoeFarr, known for his dance-floor jams on labels such as: ‘SLAM’, ‘Arts’, and his most recent success with 2019’s epic 12” ‘Death Becomes Us’. On the a-side ‘In This Anger’, which JoeFarr has written with Louisahhh, an anxiously dark, slowly developing atmosphere menaces behind a slow rolling, broken beat for maximum effect. This is punctuated by dark, slightly distorted female vocals with sporadic lyrics subtly encouraging its dance floors to move.. and think. Signature hard and bouncy grooves with infectious in-yer-face techno riffs dominate the rest of the EP with tracks ‘Laced Up’, ‘You Can See Me’ and ‘You will See Me (Hardcore)’, effortlessly weaving in and out of the pulsating groove with an interesting palette of machine sounding synths and heavily processed vocals.

Slam presents a brand new series of carefully curated VA’s on home label Soma.

Aimed at showcasing exciting and emerging artists "Exhibit" aims to channel techno's fundamental frequencies as Slam seek out the rawer end of the spectrum with selected artists that focus on the deeper and hypnotic sound of techno.

Packing in 8 tracks across this first release, Slam open with title track ‘Exhibit 1’ a deep, sub heavy and electrifying roller. Newcomers Mist Gasp are up next with the suitably trippy Final Return followed by the pairing of Confluence & Von Tee Rah who pack in a lot of attitude with Unit 1. Brazilian producer Marcal steps up with the groove laden Tombstone, quickly followed by Berlin’s Denise Rabe who treads a darker path with the driving, Walking On Borders. Another Berlin based pairing, Angioma & BLANKA, serve up the crafty Tricky Sunday before James Bong drops the fast paced yet minimalistic and melodic Roses 101. Closing out the release is Glasgow based producer Tremor who has been making waves in his home city with his on point, minimal sound and his track, A Moment, sums ups his style perfectly.

Diverging from his previous offering, "PI04," PI11 unveils JK Flesh's real slow burners— a crossover between industrial and dub-techno.

Broadrick’s mastery in industrial music meets his dub influences, resulting in meticulously crafted organic textures and relentless, tormenting dub-leaning techno beats. This EP is for those who appreciate music that unfolds gradually and rewards patient listeners.

Ancient Methods' take on PI11.2 is a demonstration of his distinctive and trademark sound, perfectly transforming the depth of the original track into an industrial techno banger.

The 11th instalment of the Pi Electronics EP series brings together two titans of industrial aesthetics: a UK musician boasting four decades of cross-genre music-making and one of the scene's most respected DJs and producers.
The record comprises three original tracks, along with the remix, pressed onto 180-gram black vinyl, including an A5 insert. Additionally, two digital extra originals complement the physical release, providing a comprehensive sonic journey through Broadrick's work.

Music has always been a part of my life. At the age of six, I began playing the piano. After that, I joined Tbilisi State Conservatoire, where I studied the history of music. After Bachelors Degree in Musicology I started teaching at Primary School as Music teacher.  Electronic music inevitably piqued interest, partly because of Tbilisi's incredible party culture and partly because of musical experiences.

About this Mix:
Inspired by my 14-year-old daughter, this Mix is akin to an emotional kaleidoscope. I attempt to see through her eyes at all those feelings, at the complicated, inquiring universe. Radical change of attitudes, unexpected delights, dramatic circumstances. I enjoy seeing this in my daughter, and I tried to to convey all of these differences and contrasts in this Mix.
