Slam presents a brand new series of carefully curated VA’s on home label Soma.

Aimed at showcasing exciting and emerging artists "Exhibit" aims to channel techno's fundamental frequencies as Slam seek out the rawer end of the spectrum with selected artists that focus on the deeper and hypnotic sound of techno.

Packing in 8 tracks across this first release, Slam open with title track ‘Exhibit 1’ a deep, sub heavy and electrifying roller. Newcomers Mist Gasp are up next with the suitably trippy Final Return followed by the pairing of Confluence & Von Tee Rah who pack in a lot of attitude with Unit 1. Brazilian producer Marcal steps up with the groove laden Tombstone, quickly followed by Berlin’s Denise Rabe who treads a darker path with the driving, Walking On Borders. Another Berlin based pairing, Angioma & BLANKA, serve up the crafty Tricky Sunday before James Bong drops the fast paced yet minimalistic and melodic Roses 101. Closing out the release is Glasgow based producer Tremor who has been making waves in his home city with his on point, minimal sound and his track, A Moment, sums ups his style perfectly.

Diverging from his previous offering, "PI04," PI11 unveils JK Flesh's real slow burners— a crossover between industrial and dub-techno.

Broadrick’s mastery in industrial music meets his dub influences, resulting in meticulously crafted organic textures and relentless, tormenting dub-leaning techno beats. This EP is for those who appreciate music that unfolds gradually and rewards patient listeners.

Ancient Methods' take on PI11.2 is a demonstration of his distinctive and trademark sound, perfectly transforming the depth of the original track into an industrial techno banger.

The 11th instalment of the Pi Electronics EP series brings together two titans of industrial aesthetics: a UK musician boasting four decades of cross-genre music-making and one of the scene's most respected DJs and producers.
The record comprises three original tracks, along with the remix, pressed onto 180-gram black vinyl, including an A5 insert. Additionally, two digital extra originals complement the physical release, providing a comprehensive sonic journey through Broadrick's work.

Artist - DTSDJ is a project of Data Shonia, a DJ based in Tbilisi.
His music is distinguished by techno sounds, hypnotic, hardgroove, his musical career begins with playing the guitar.
He learned DJing in 2019 and has been actively participating in the development of the industry since then.
He is also member of electronic music school 303Hz  

Artist - Lasha aka Sequideus is a passionate DJ with a love for groovy and hypnotic techno styles. 

Inspired by the Latin phrase "sequi deus," which translates to "follow your god,". For him, music is a form of spiritual expression and connection, and they strive to guide their audience on a journey through sound.

Whether playing at clubs, Lasha and his project Sequideus are sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone who experiences their hypnotic and groove sound.
