These noises exist in my home 24 hours a day and have done for 7 years because of evil landlords cramming immigrant nurses into the apartment above me like sardines and none of the authorities care about what its doing to my mental stability  / wellbeing and its starting to feel like its because I'm white /  have undesirable genetics. I can put up with the noises for a few weeks or months and then I end up smashing my home up with a hammer.. This gets through to them sometimes and they will turn the machines off for 2 whole weeks out of guilt I imagine or fear of investigation (it used to anyway.. How the fuck they can go from needing to have them on every hour of every day to just not using any of them for 2 weeks is beyond me) They laugh at me through the floor, they sweep the same spot for hours on end, they follow me around and drop a bowling ball directly above my head. They've flooded my home 12 times on purpose 
(Bedroom twice,  bathroom 7 times and kitchen 3 times) The landlord for the place above me is owned by people that live in Italy. They don't answer the door to any authorities (Police, Council, Community Welfare Officers, Environmental Health Agency, Town And Country) They must be UN spies paid to come and live here and ruin peoples lives.. This is why they don't get punished by the authorities for not taking responsibility torturing me day in day out year after year. This would all stop if I threw one of them down the stairs and stamped all over there head, but then id be sent to prison for attempted murder. I had to have a CT scan and the African GP wont let me even look at the test results because my brain is full of tiny little tumours (vestibular schwannoma) caused by the non stop assault from all of these sine waves. It gets so bad my ear drums feel like tiny little raped assholes and I have to take co-codamol to ease the pain of the sore muscles in my ear drums when I clench my jaw. My brain feels like its made of hot grains of sand.. Im not sure if its my hair follicles or if its my brain but I imagine its because its being vibrated 24 hours a day by these noises from those 6-7 machines. I say its 6-7 machines because of the hotspots aka the places in my home where the sounds are loudest. Town & Country sent an African Housing Manager to my home to investigate the noises and all he did was lie through the back of his teeth and try to make me think the sounds were coming from a my computer fan. (I looked this guy up on the internet and he is using a false first name. They all think his name is Anthony but on the internet he has the name Derek and he wont admit it when I bring it up.. This makes him and the whole thig highly suspect) Then him and a community welfare officer (big bald TSG Nazi type that thinks he cares about people) had me sent to highlands house in the hope that I would take Olanzapine (this drug is for people that have voices in their heads) and I'm worried that if I take the medication Ill end up doing the things I think about doing to the people that live above me because the noises are real and not imaginary. So the authorities are refusing to help me because I wont fall for this disgusting trick, and I'm left here to SUFFER IN SILENCE or they will evict me because I wont eat the nasty pills. I have never been so disgusted by anything in my whole life, and I'm pretty sure that they are doing this so they can paint me (whitey) as a monster. My only hope is to sleep in the community garden (a patch of grass) on my carp fishing bed. Evil is here and its not going away until we remove it. Sometimes I cant sleep for many days at a time because of the none stop use of all these machines above me and the real sickening part is that ill be able to sleep in prison once I snap and murder them all. One time their landlords came back from Italy to try and intimidate me and they stayed there for a month and for three and half weeks they tortured me by creating some nasty reverse polarity wiring trick that's highly illegal because it makes hard surfaces buzz like a prison buzzer. During this time I couldn't sleep for 4-5 days at a time after 4-5 days I would fall asleep for 2 hours and it would wake me up again. I couldn't function properly, but it became clear to me that these people were trying to make me have a psychotic episode in the hope that they could have me evicted or sectioned. In the end I put a note on my front door so all the neighbours could see there was a problem and the noise stopped for the first time in 3.5 weeks after about a minute of one of one of them leaving for work that morning. On the day that these two landlords went back to Italy they flooded my home again before they left.

All of these noises can be heard in every part of my flat. My bed don't touch the wall but when I put my ear on the pillow I can hear the V-V-V-V noise. This is gonna get a lot messier before its been put into order which might take about a month of editing. If you have any question then message me on here or on twitter.
