JG OUTSIDER is not a new artist on the electronic music scene, also known as Javi Golo, JG OUTSIDER is a dj and producer with many productions in his career. 

In his music catalogue there are productions from the progressive trance of the 90’s where his style created a very personal sound, working with Gary-D on his d-trance compilations, taking his productions all over europe and playing in germany with Nostrum, Commander Tom and Gary-D to projects like 2 rare people with a sound more focused on techno/vocal electronic pop with a dark sound that always accompanies JG OUTDISER, where he ventured into live performances that led him to play with Orbital, remixed by Pascal Feos ,Jack De Marseille and Mark Broom among others and his music played by Oxia, Carl Cox, Angel Molina and performing at festivals and even in the legendary Rex in Paris. 

Nowadays his sound is balanced and with the accumulated experience he takes his music to the melodic and progressive techno sound, mixed in some productions with ethnic sounds and the most retro sound going into the Synthwave, Ebm and the more Indie Dance wave. 

JG OUTSIDER is working with Espacio Cielo, Nein Records, Ultranza Records and several projects with Krafted Underground. His current work is focused on a live set-live mixing digital and analogue taking it to a more creative terrain and with a more energetic sound in the live shows to bring to the dancefloor all the energy to enjoy his sound.

Glenn Molloy is a Dublin-based DJ/producer specialising in melodic house and techno (as Gorgonoize). A fan of the scene since he can remember, he used to sneak into his brother’s room to listen to his rave mixtapes. Clubbing naturally lead to DJing and he quickly began to work as a resident DJ for a number of city centre venues, gaining warm up gigs for national festivals, and a weekly radio show on two of Dublin’s best underground stations over time. 

Now collaborating with fellow Dubliners, Soulfinder, Gerard Bozyk, and Khankra on an events brand called Fusion Underground, Glenn is finally realising his ambitions. He has music under his two aliases on OLD SQL, Mirabilis, Pro B Tech, and BC2 as Glenn Molloy, plus a release under his tougher tech nom de plume, Gorgonoize, on Opilec music.

Progressive House Mix Jachmastr Progression Sessions 04 06 2023

Mark Stewart, who goes by the artist name AETHA, has a style of music that would mostly fall under the progressive house genre with a dark and melodic edge. 

“I aim to make music that moves and connects with people, both physically and emotionally.”

MUSICAL INFLUENCES

Mark has many influences and says he loves anything that the likes of Anjuna, Zero 3, Colourize, Joof, Area Verde, UV, Afterlife and the like release.  

Some of the many artists that have inspired the AETHA sound include Eric Prydz, Grum, Lane 8,  Luttrell, Yotto, Matt Fax, Jerome Isma-Ae, Stan Kolev, Christoph, ARTBAT, Jeremy Olander, Ben Bohmer & Tinlicker to name a few off the top of his head. 

Deeper musical influences are wide and varied including pop music, electro house, experimental electronic music, drum and bass, rock and more. 

RELEASES

After a handful of releases, Mark needed to make space for other commitments over the 2021-2022 period. 

Looking forward to 2023, Mark is committed to ensuring that AETHA will become a household name to those that are fans of progressive house and the aforementioned artists! 

MUSICAL JOURNEY

While always having a very strong interest in music, It wasn’t until 2006, the start of what would be four years spent living in London, UK, that Mark developed a real passion for electronic music. Many nights spent out at clubs and especially at the big multi day festivals around Europe laid the foundation for his music production today. At the time he was working as a web developer which meant that he could spend the majority of every working day with headphones on, fine tuning his electronic music tastes.

“Near the end of my time in London, I finally was able to afford a decent computer and bought my first Mac. I remember very well installing my music production software for the first time and starting to play around. While I had no idea what I was doing, it was magical to me to be able to express my musical creativity and compose a full track with nothing but a computer. I was hooked and my journey began.” 

It took Mark many years of on again, off again periods of making music in amongst life’s other commitments including marriage and starting a family to start to take music production as a more serious side project, learn all the skills needed to consistently finish quality tracks and get them signed.

“One of the things I love about music production is the fact that there is always something else to learn, something to improve upon for next time. I love learning new things and working out how to become more efficient while also allowing myself to get into flow with the creative process. Making music deeply satisfies me on many levels.”

“Taking music from a side hobby to a full time career is my goal for 2023 and beyond, so like and follow on your favourite socials to follow my journey!!”
