Museum and Indigo aera team up for an exciting new chapter in their story of melodic analogue techno. After being responsible for output on Marcel Dettmann's MDR, Drumcode and two earlier Indigo releases, the two Dutchmen now return with an EP made during a live studio jam session at the end of 2017. Since the files were mastered in summer, the tracks were sent out to a handful of befriended DJs and quickly became secret weapons for the lucky few. Now after a bit of a wait, Indigo aera is proud to finally give the EP a full vinyl release.

'Sandra' consists of four unique tracks that tell their own story and make strong references to early 90's Detroit techno greats like Jeff Mills or Hood's Metroplex work. Opener 'Plex' is a hard hitting affair that takes you deep down the rabbit hole, 'Sandra' has inventive rhythms and beautiful ambiance colouring the alien airwaves and 'Cafe' is a mind melting affair with layers of sci-fi keys and liquid synth lines. 'Sum' closes things down in warped dub techno fashion with a whole eco system of keys and synths bringing really fluidity to the track. As such this is a truly inventive, yet nostalgic collection of dance floor jams.

Skudge's passion for machine driven music and his artful approach to loops get reflected in this new release for Sungate. "Grain" and "Anyon" are two hypnotic, warm and dubbed out original tracks lying in that undefined area between house and techno. Smooth dub contours and slippery grooves for your enjoyment. Stojche's interpretation of "Grain" completes the release with an excellent dreamy and dancefloor-friendly remix.

It’s always a pleasure to have a visit from the family, so we welcome again Kessell at home. Not many words needed to introduce this classic producer whose name means skills, futurism and quality.

He offers four cuts of hypnotically driven techno, starting with Killing Vector. Sharp drum work, funky stabs and classy feeling.

Crypto follows with a more alien approach, random Fm sequences, shuffled grooves and asymmetrical synth lines.

Processed for use comes into tooly territories, with opaque sequences that progressively grow from the low part of the sound spectrum and a solid rythm backing, mutating and evolving wisely.

Refuse to conform sounds scifi and bleepy, irregular drum patterns, reverberated synth bleeps and lots of fx processing collide in a super intelligent mix tool.

Four tracks of pure techno aside of tendencies, for the real players out there.

The fashion party is (almost) over. The penultimate chapter of Social Distancing is a dim exploration of EBM, techno and electro. At times fast and intrusive, on others poetic and contemplating, all five tracks share a liking for the dark side of the dance floor.

C12 is a multidisciplinary nightclub and platform run by the Deep in House collective, located in the heart of Brussels. It's a safe place where freedom, diversity, creativity and alternative culture are protected from the restrictive and normative outside world. The project was launched in February 2018 and includes concerts, art installations, lives, club nights and exhibitions.

The Corona crisis is keeping our doors closed and dancefloor empty for several weeks now, with no hopes yet on new line-ups and crowds of enthusiastic dancers. But this unprecedented situation isn’t holding us still. Continuing to support our local Brussels and Belgian electronic music scene, C12 is proud to announce its own label with 10 music compilations dubbed Social Distancing. All artists involved are Belgian or strongly connected to the Brussels scene. Confirmed are Le Motel, Stellar OM Source, A.Brehme, Front De Cadeaux, Davy, OCB Casa Voyager, Cabasa, Techno Thriller, Orphan Swords, Different Fountains, Bear Bones Lay Low, Gols, Hadone, ... and our residents Session 4000, Kafim & Chris Ferreira. Compilations will also be curated by female artists promoting platform ‘Psst Mlle’ and queer culture collective ‘Benediction’.

Each edition consists of a collection of several tracks and will be released every two weeks, leading to a total of approximately fifty tracks. All music will be available to add on your favorite streaming service Soundcloud, Youtube, Spotify (coming soon) and Bandcamp. In addition for each track we offer a limited amount of 500 free downloads through our Bandcamp page, where donations are also enabled for those who wish to support us and the artists involved.

Tracing Xircles is the collaborative project of Luke Standing and Simon Pilkington. Each producers in their own right, Luke as Blue Hour and Simon as AJ-X, their debut on Luke’s Blue Hour label, ‘Gaia’s Requiem’ EP, formed a silky collection of ambient techno. 

Now, they’re back with a new spread. Naturally welcomed once again to the Blue Hour label. Titled ‘Air Lock’ EP, this second body of work forms a marked development from their last. The four tracks inside come packed with the immediacy of the dancefloor.

‘Transmission’ is the fastest of the four. Centering a clear adoration for trance, the signature Tracing Xircles’ freshness remains in airy textures and an outward sense of space. Whilst we can only dream of how a dancefloor can feel, ‘Transmission’ takes us there effortlessly in an illustrious six-minute swoop.
