Born on January 22 in Toronto, Canada, Shayaan F Valente was captivated by music from a very young age.

When he was a baby, his mother can recall that he would have trouble falling asleep at times, unless there was house music playing in the background.

Shayaan was always a very curious kid, trying to explore and discover new things. Growing up in Miami he was exposed to a variety of events, largely due to his mothers influence as an event planner/promoter in Miami's nightlife industry.

He was intrigued by the DJs at the events; when he was just 6 years old he told his mom, “that’s gonna be me one day”. When he turned 7, he got his first DJ controller set for his birthday; he broke it shortly after. Shayaan was always a rough and tough hands-on type of kid. His parents made jokes about it, calling him Chaos; which in turn became Shayoss. He loved the nickname and soon after decided he would be known as DJ Shayoss.

Shayaan always loved house music, it reminded him of when he was little he's said. He started learning how to download and mix music on his own. With practice he began uploading his mixes to Soundcloud and Mixcloud. He has also taught himself how to design his own logo and business cards. Shayaan's passion and motivation has already landed him opportunities to play at high-end venues including lounges, hotels, pop-up and charitable events; he has done opening sets for well known and celebrity DJs.

The skies are the limit for DJ Shayoss who has already done big things at such a young age..
