I recorded this set while closing the listening space by House of Worship at the »On The Move Festival« in Nuremberg. If you don’t know about this charity festival check it out - this year it was about criminalization of flight and migration.

When I played some of my favourite soul gems in this environment - facing the self made sound system together with the audience - I was in my happy place. 

Even when I played a bit less than expected because of a changed schedule I enjoyed each and every moment with this awesome sound system and therefore even embraced the flaws that occur with changed situations.

I literally couldn´t stop listening and even played an encore while the team already started to dismantle everything. I could have stayed for another 2 hours.

Closing of the Listening Space by House of Worship @ On The Move Festival

During the Rund Matinée event at the Klaus, moments of collective joy were felt in this establishment where you feel good. Serving not tea, but a more intoxicating beverage, at 4pm we wove together some unforgettable moments. 

With @natchmusik and Dani Posada orchestrating the line-up, supported by the talented Aaron Khaleian, and the duo DjOrgy & Dragon kicking off the celebrations with vigour, every note played was a promise of unity. Our musical journey, marked by a diversity of genres, from the deepest and most melancholy moments to the most energetic indie dance, was a celebration of love and electronic music. 

A rendezvous where every beat seemed to say: together, let's create an eternal dawn.

Dawn Razor and Archetech, two friends and two-thirds of the once-active trio Sonnen Blumen Kerne, have collaborated to deliver an album of tracks previously released exclusively on vinyl through Dawn Razor’s NARA Records. When Lobster Theremin ceased operations, the stock of these releases was lost, leaving only brief preview snippets online.

Adam approached HOMAGE with the story and shared the tunes with us. Moved by the situation, we decided to release all of the tracks as a retrospective album. Thus, 'Half Life' was born—a collection of 10 tracks that blur the boundaries between slammin' electro, breakbeat, and mutated bass, all with a minimalist edge.

'Half Life' will be available to stream and download from May 17th, 2024.
