affect recordings has been founded in 2013 as a label that acts as an independent platform for young artists in Electronic Music. The founder of affect recordings wanted to provide a new community which helps DJs and producers to release their music without being dependent on mainstream structures. The aim of affect recordings is to have a lasting influence on today’s Tech House and Techno scene.

The record label works closely together with well known electro record labels based in Germany and Ibiza to gain more attention in international music scene. Therefore affect recordings offers the opportunity for artists to play their own sound on international events. The first record label events in Germany are already in the planning stage.
