"I want to thank Colin for playing the guitar, and the rest of the Listen Up crew for their support. I want to say that I’m very proud of the Mental Mind Set message, and I hope that it helps other people in the way that it helped me. 

It was hard to write a very vulnerable song, but I’m glad that I did.
It put the things that I went through into perspective, and it helped me to see who I really am as a person and an artist.

I hope that everybody takes time to listen to this so that they can appreciate the hard work that went into it.
