Traffic Forecast Report 11/07/2006

We were the first (and last) Milton Keynes newspaper to have it's own internet based radio station which ran from 2005 up until late 2007 before both of our presenters went missing. This is the only remaining recording of that era.

We were founded in 1894 during the booming Victorian era of Milton Keynes. It was the local paper of choice for the town’s residents up until the 1970’s when it was rivalled by The Buckingham Herald and The Bletchley Bugle, before The MK Citizen arrived and swept it's corporate hand across the Milton Keynes media.   



Having tried on numerous occasions to collaborate and work with The MK Citizen, they have denied our existence or influence and have not returned our faxes.  

In 1994 during our 100th year celebrations, we bankrupted ourselves by spending far too much on the party and events. After a hiatus until 1999, we slowly built ourselves up again and moved our office into an abandoned PortaKabin we found near Denbigh, from which we still work from today.  

Our team of writers and researchers all boast cycling proficiency certificates.
