François Luambo Luanzo Makiadi, connu sous le nom de « Franco » ou « Grand Maitre Franco », est né le 6 Juillet 1938, dans la ville de Sona-Bata (Province du Kongo Central, ex Bas-Congo) et est décédé le 12 Octobre 1989 à Mont-Godime, en Belgique, est un compositeur, un chanteur et un musicien congolais.
Il était le leader de l’orchestre appelé « Le Tout Puissant OK Jazz ».
Son instrument de prédilection était la guitare, qu’il a appris sans suivre de cours musicaux.
Selon de nombreux observateurs de la musique congolaise et de beaucoup d’artistes, il reste le plus grand artiste congolais de tous les temps.

♥️MADILU SYSTEM was undoubtedly a Rumba legend!!
 
Jean de Dieu Makiese (28 May 1952 – 11 August 2007), popularly known as Madilu System, was a Congolese rumba singer and songwriter, born in what was then Léopoldville, Belgian Congo. He was once a member of the seminal band TPOK Jazz which dominated the Congolese scene from 1960s through 1980s.
 He became very popular with his smooth Rumba hits that dominated the Late 80’s and 90’s.
 In the 90’s, it was very rare for any African Party to go well without any track from Madilu System and as such his smooth Rumba melodies created a lot of love  relationships in the 80’s and 90’s. 
 His Impact on the African music industry is immeasurable and here is a look at just a few of his popular smooth tracks.
