This time we are hosting Oliver Rottmanni, from Austria.
Oliver Rottmann was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, and came into contact with electronic music at the age of 18. Inspired by Berlin-based music labels he created a unique style somewhere between House, Melodic Deep House and Techno. Starting from playing only for his closest friends, his reputation grew and the locations changed from basement parties to underground clubs. During the last years, he was pleased to play at some of the best underground clubs in Vienna, before moving to New York trying to pursue his passion for DJing. In addition, Oliver Rottmann is the co-owner of the wonderful Vienna-based Downtempo label, Heimlich Musik. ENJOY!

Zum Anderen ist es Ihnen ein Herzensanliegen die elektronische Tanzmusik im südlichsten Teil der Welt bekannter zu machen. Mit Erfolg. 

Neben ihrem Podcastprojekt sind die beiden aber auch recht erfolgreich als DJ's unterwegs. Ihr Sound orientiert sich überwiegend an Downtempo, Organic House, sowie runtergepitchten Dub Techno.

Afterhour Sounds is since his begining in 2012 a crew of music lovers, music makers and music supporters. What started as an small idea developed over the years into an important institution in the field of electronic dance in and beyond germany. Our goal was and still is to enrich the world with different interpretations of the afterhour. 

In the beginning, we focused our passion on finding and supporting (un)known artists through blog posts, reposts and podcast contributions. Gradually, we expanded our sections to include live recordings and premieres. In-house releases and events were not long in coming. The crew changed, but the passion and spirit remained.
